DESKTOP SUPPORT

All support needed for endpoints. At this stage almost all support is automated and not much support on endpoints needs to be done manually.
Most ad-hoc support is done remotely as long as there is internet available.

We will audit the environment and make suggestions on how to automate your support of workstations. This will dramatically reduce monthly support costs. 

HOSTED SERVERS

This solution enables all staff to work from anywhere and remove the need to own your own hardware. Risk is dramatically reduced and peace of mind increases.

Azure and AWS’ pricing is still out of range for our target market. We provide you with servers in a private cloud. You will pay the same you would pay if you did it on your own, but we add the services below:

  • These servers are secured by a firewall at the provider’s site and clients connect to the server via site to site VPN or individual VPN. Servers are not accessible through the internet directly.

  • The servers are set up in completely different subnets so that the client servers are split from one another.

  • Servers are backed up daily as part of the solution. Replication to another site can be provided.

  • Basic server maintenance is included in the monthly costing.

  • In some cases we can lift and shift your current servers to our cloud solution. 

ONSITE SERVERS

IT Logix only supports Microsoft servers. This includes the following but is not limited to:

  • Active Directory

  • Files and Print

  • DHCP including advanced features like Blacklisting and Whitelisting

  • Virtualization

  • Hybrid

  • Hyper-V Failover and Clustering

  • RDP

  • Application


We will support basic Linux setups on a best effort basis.

FIREWALLS AND NETWORKING

  • Basic to advanced Firewall Management. We prefer using WatchGuard or Unifi because of ease of use and competitive pricing.

  • Switching and Wireless. We Prefer Unifi.

  • Cabling is outsourced at this stage.

  • Site to site VPN’s. Mini SD Wan type solutions. We use Unifi and Mikrotik products.

  • Network Design & Security

MICROSOFT 365

  • Licensing (No mark-up)

  • Setup, Migration and Maintenance

  • Security within the Tenant

  • We have experience in the full functionality up until E5 Licenses

DATA PROTECTION AND DISASTER RECOVERY

  • On-site backups

  • Off-site replication

  • Disaster recovery as a service. In the event of a disaster on site, we spin up the servers at our Data Center and provide access to these servers via VPN connection.

  • We use Arcserve as a provider because of their flexible pricing models, robustness and ease of use.
